Keith Kothmann, during his 25-year career, has provided estimating and construction consulting for thousands of projects. Kothmann is responsible for all discipline details and systems' cost control for architectural and engineering projects with many professional A/E Firms. He is certified by the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) and the Association of Construction Inspectors. He is proficient in many computerized systems, and he has provided cost estimates for all branches of the Government and Construction Industry. Professional services include preparing conceptual/planning budget estimates, project schedules, schematic estimates, design development estimates, detailed preconstruction estimates, life cycles costs, and value engineering estimates. his professional services also include facility evaluations, construction inspection, contract administration and disbursement authorization. As a former General Contractor, Kothmann remains close to market conditions and involved in construction procurement methodology. His multi-discipline experience and expertise in the construction industry often lead to his participation in dispute resolutions and expert witness testimony. One of Kothmann's greatest interests is preservation and restoration of historic structures, and the adaptive reuse of existing facilities.
